Terms of Delivery & Guarantee

• Divine Surrender will deliver any fully paid for services/events. If fully paid for services/events cannot be delivered due to Divine Surrender then reason, accommodation, rescheduling, and/or a full refund will be issued to the purchaser.

• Divine Surrender holds the right to refuse services, events, and/or access to an individual or entity if determined necessary for the safety, confidentiality, privacy, and more of its founder, clients, associates, contractors, reputation, and other related persons and factors.

 

Safety, Disclaimer & Waiver

• All participants of services/events must be at least 18 years of age or hold written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

• Services/Events offered by Divine Surrender are in no way a replacement for medical evaluations, services and/or treatments. Consult with a medical professional and/or personal medical practitioner is highly recommended.

• It is understood that participation in any services/events hosted by Divine Surrender are done so voluntarily at one's own risk and volition.

• By purchasing and inquiring of services/events from Divine Surrender, it is agreed that Divine Surrender and any of it's affiliates will be held harmless against any and all legal claims and demands, including attorney, legal counsel, or other fees. The purchaser forfeits any rights, claims, or ability to hold Divine Surrender and it's affiliates responsible for any tangible or intangible harm, damages, loss of property, or loss of life that may occur during or after participation of services/events.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Any request for a cancellation of or refund for an event or service should be done through email to Divine Surrender at DivineSurrenderLLC@gmail.com

• We request that cancellations be done 24 hours before the start of date of a service or 8 days before the start date of an event (before Welcome Email with event access information is sent out).

• Cancellations done 24 hours before the start date of a service or 8 days before the start date of an event will receive a full refund regardless of reasoning of cancellation.

• Cancellations done less than 24 hours before the start of a service or 8 days before the start of an event will receive a partial refund due to processing fees and inconvenience. In cases such as sudden illness or family emergency, refund will be determined per request.

• Cancellations done after the start of an event/service will receive partial to no refund, determined per request.

• No Shows with forfeit the right to receive a refund and may be determined ineligible for future events/services.

• Other refund requests will be determined per request.

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

• We are committed to protecting the accuracy, confidentially and security of your personal and payment information.

• We will not release any of your personal or payment information to any third party, even upon your own request.

• We will not track, store, or record any credit card numbers, security codes, expiration dates, billing addresses, account numbers, routing numbers or other such payment information.

• All consultations will be conducted under the laws of confidentiality, unless the consultant believes information must be given to prevent the harm of the consultee or others.
